With the Project, which is implemented in 11 earthquake-stricken provinces, including primarily Ad\u0131yaman, Gaziantep, Kahramanmara\u015f, Hatay and Malatya, it is aimed to strengthen the resilience of earthquake survivors by providing them with access to employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n
It is planned to identify candidates, who could be guided into working life, as well as potential partner institutions and firms through the works to be undertaken by field teams. In addition to ensuring earthquake survivors\u2019 access to livelihoods, the Project components also include ensuring their re-adaptation to working environment in disaster conditions and after similar traumatic experiences, fostering their life skills by providing opportunities for the continuation of their respective experiences in sectors such as service, manufacturing, agriculture and informatics, sustaining provision of hot meals, especially through employment in municipality kitchens, and enhancing the well-being of project beneficiaries with the help of psychosocial support activities.<\/p>\n\n
For the purposes of ensuring efficiency in the employment process, it is also aimed to organize seminars for beneficiaries to increase their social skills along with the \u201cSkill and Qualification Assessment of the Beneficiaries and Matching with the Potential Employers\u201d activity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
