Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da en az beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kadar \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130yi olu\u015f halimiz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr, beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n iyi olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da iyi olmas\u0131 g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve iyi bir bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmemize olanak tan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k olmadan sa\u011fl\u0131k olmaz.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k nedir? Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k bak\u0131m\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ki\u015fi; Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k, bir iyi olu\u015f halini temsil eder. Bu konunun uzmanlar\u0131 psikolog ve psikiyatristlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli konulardan biri psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k kavram\u0131d\u0131r. Psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, insanlara stresle ve zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in psikolojik g\u00fc\u00e7 verir. De\u011fi\u015fimle veya kay\u0131pla u\u011fra\u015fmak hayat\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Bir noktada, herkes farkl\u0131 derecelerde aksilikler ya\u015far. Bu zorluklardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 nispeten k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olabilir. Psikolojik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelme ve bu \u00e7aba s\u0131ras\u0131nda ki\u015fisel g\u00fc\u00e7leri peki\u015ftirme kapasitesi olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ki\u015fi;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beden sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sorun ya\u015famaya ba\u015flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131nda ciddi aksamalar ya\u015famaya ba\u015flayabilir, Yak\u0131n \u00e7evresi ile ili\u015fkilerinde sorunlar ya\u015fayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nceden keyifle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir i\u015fi art\u0131k yapmak istemeyebilir, Enerjisi d\u00fc\u015febilir, i\u00e7inden bir \u015fey yapmak gelmeyebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zihni bulan\u0131kla\u015fabilir ve haf\u0131za s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ya\u015famaya ba\u015flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uykusu bozulabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hareketsiz kalmaya, d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmamaya ba\u015flayabilir, Herkese kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6fkeli olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayat\u0131n anlams\u0131z oldu\u011funu dahi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hepimiz zaman zaman kendimizi bu gibi durumlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde bulabiliriz. Bunlar\u0131 ya\u015famak normaldir.
