Bir konu ile ilgili kayg\u0131lanmam\u0131z o konuyu \u00f6nemsedi\u011fimiz anlam\u0131na da gelebilir. Hi\u00e7 tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir insan ya da hi\u00e7 \u00f6nemsemedi\u011fimiz bir konuda kayg\u0131 duymay\u0131z. \u00d6nemsemedi\u011fimiz bir s\u0131nav, hi\u00e7 haz\u0131rlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in k\u00f6t\u00fc ge\u00e7ebilir. Elektrik faturas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demeyi \u00f6nemsemezsek, \u00f6deme tarihine dikkat etmezsek, son \u00f6deme tarihini ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131r\u0131z. Ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n fark etmemesi i\u00e7in endi\u015felerini gizlemenin yollar\u0131n\u0131 da geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olabilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimiz ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da bu duygudan etkilenir. Ki\u015fi sebebini bilmedi\u011fi halde, aniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, kontrol edilemeyen ve tekrarlayan gerginlik, huzursuzluk haline girebilir. Dikkat edilmedi\u011finde \u00f6fke patlamalar\u0131, \u00f6lme ve \u00e7\u0131ld\u0131rma korkular\u0131, \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131 ve panik durumlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumu tekrar ya\u015famak istemedi\u011fimiz i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 durumu \u00fcretebilece\u011fini hissetti\u011fimiz yer ve ki\u015filerden uzak durmaya \u00e7abalar\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kayg\u0131 Mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayg\u0131, bedenimizin otomatik ve do\u011fal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sisteminin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayg\u0131n\u0131n, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta ki\u015fi i\u00e7in koruyucu bir i\u015flevi vard\u0131r. Zorlay\u0131c\u0131 ya\u015fam olaylar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131na varmam\u0131z\u0131 ve bunlara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlem alabilmemizi sa\u011flar. Kayg\u0131 ya\u015farken devreye giren mekanizma, asl\u0131nda korkuya neden olan bir uyaran (\u00e7evreden maruz kal\u0131nan her \u015fey; tat, koku, ses, \u0131\u015f\u0131k, \u015fekil, g\u00f6rsel, hareket, vb.) kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda verilen do\u011fal tepkilerimizdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir tehditle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n ortak tepkisi bedeni eyleme ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlamakt\u0131r. Kayg\u0131 mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131 ise olas\u0131 bir tehdit kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, bizi hayatta kalmak ya da zorluklarla m\u00fccadele ederek zarar g\u00f6rmekten ka\u00e7abilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem alma ve haz\u0131r olma haline getirmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Baz\u0131 tehditler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda da do\u011fru olan davran\u0131\u015f, tehdit eden nesneye bakarak hi\u00e7 hareket etmeden beklemektir. T\u00fcm bu otomatik tepkilere \u201csava\u015f, ka\u00e7 ya da don\u201d tepkisi denir. Bu tepkiler hayati \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendisine zarar verecek bir uyaran alg\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u201cka\u00e7, sava\u015f ya da don\u201d tepkilerini verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu tepkiler otomatiktir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Kayg\u0131 Neden Sorundur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimi zaman bizler yorgunluk, g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fck hisleri ya da travmatik bir deneyimin ard\u0131ndan, normalde tehdit olarak alg\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve daha \u00f6nceleri korkmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015feylere kar\u015f\u0131 ani ve b\u00fcy\u00fck tepkiler vermeye ba\u015flayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin; yolda giderken kapka\u00e7 olay\u0131 ya\u015fayan bir insan bu olaydan sonra yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcrken tedirginlik hissi ya\u015fayabilir, evden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finde ya da yabanc\u0131 insanlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda korku tepkileri vermeye ba\u015flayabilir.
