{"id":41366,"date":"2023-03-15T21:45:44","date_gmt":"2023-03-15T18:45:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgdd.org.tr\/?post_type=mhpss&#038;p=41366"},"modified":"2023-05-11T16:00:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-11T13:00:34","slug":"cocuklarda-depresyon","status":"publish","type":"mhpss","link":"https:\/\/sgdd.org.tr\/uk\/mhpss\/cocuklarda-depresyon\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c7ocuklarda Depresyon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sava\u015f ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma durumlar\u0131ndan etkilenmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zl\u0131k ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck anlaml\u0131 ve zevkli faaliyetlerin yoklu\u011fu depresyonun kayna\u011f\u0131 olabilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stres alt\u0131nda kalan ve kay\u0131p ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklarda depresyon daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>San\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n aksine, depresyon \u00e7ocuklarda da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen bir sorundur. \u00c7ocu\u011funuzun hayat\u0131n\u0131n daha da k\u00f6t\u00fc etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in zaman kaybetmeden bir <strong>\u00e7ocuk ak\u0131l ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzman\u0131ndan<\/strong> yard\u0131m isteyiniz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7ocukluk depresyonunda s\u0131kl\u0131kla \u015fu durumlar g\u00f6zlemlenir:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0131k s\u0131k \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc oldu\u011funu ifade eder, kolayca a\u011flar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kilosunda de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olabilir. K\u0131sa bir zamanda \u00e7ok kilo al\u0131r ya da verir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0131k s\u0131k ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, kar\u0131n a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 gibi fiziksel \u015fikayetler g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dikkat ve motivasyonu azal\u0131r. Okuldaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bilinmedik bir nedenden dolay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmesi dikkat edilmesi gereken i\u015faretlerdendir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Okula gitmeyi reddedebilir, okulda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k ve uyumsuzluk g\u00f6sterebilir.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u00fcrekli annesi\/babas\u0131 ya da evde yak\u0131n hissetti\u011fi biri (\u00f6rne\u011fin ablas\u0131) ile vakit ge\u00e7irmek isteyebilir.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha \u00f6nce keyif alarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flerden ya da oyunlardan art\u0131k keyif almamaya ba\u015flayabilir. Bu aktiviteleri yapmaz ya da yaparken mutlu de\u011fildir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uykuya dalarken ya da uykuya devam etmekte zorluk ya\u015fayabilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kendini de\u011fersiz hissedebilir. S\u00fcrekli ba\u011f\u0131rabilir ve anla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baz\u0131 durumlarda, sald\u0131rgan ve d\u00fcrt\u00fcsel davran\u0131\u015flar \u00e7ok artabilir.
