ASAM is Now a Member of the International Step by Step Association ISSA!

To increase its efficiency in the international sphere, ASAM, which conducts its activities with the goal of supporting the holistic development of children, joined the International Step by Step Association ISSA, which is a learning together platform and which aims to empower each child to reach their unique potential.

The Association for Social Development and Aid Mobilization (ASAM) is pleased to have added yet another step to the strong steps it takes to ensure that all children, primarily those that are the most vulnerable and fragile, have equal educational and life opportunities. The Association’s efforts over the years to ensure the development of children in each area and provide them with a better future is gaining momentum with its ISSA membership.

ASAM will be continuing its projects, which support the physical, emotional, social and cognitive development of children, on a more sustainable and inclusive scale through its ISSA membership. This collaboration will ensure stronger support mechanisms that are necessary for children’s development and enable the sharing of further knowledge and experience in the international field.

ISSA’s Vision is a Society that Works Together for Children

ISSA, as an international organization that aims to increase the quality of education and care in early childhood, promotes cooperation worldwide among families and professionals. Focusing on supporting the healthy development of children, ISSA’s works and activities re founded upon essential principles, including equity, accessibility and quality.

Being a part of ISSA will provide ASAM the opportunity to access new resources and collaborate with global networks. This way, ASAM will be able to develop more effective and sustainable projects by utilizing the best international practices in child development.

ASAM’s Solidarity Worldwide

ASAM, which has foreign representative offices in Greece, Belgium and Ukraine to offer support to communities hosting persons on the move, migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, continues to maintain its 28 years of expertise in the fields of migration, humanitarian aid and protection and to expand its scope by collaborating with international organizations, public institutions, local decision-makers, and non-governmental organizations.
