Our Projects and Work Areas

PROJECTS
Needs Assessment and Humanitarian Aid

We make efforts to meet refugees’ needs such as food and shelter, and support them by delivering emergency kits.

HEALTH

We make the necessary referrals of refugees who cannot fully benefit from the available health services due to language and cultural differences, and organize trainings with respect to health risks.

SOCIAL COHESION

We carry out activities by employing a co-existence and co-production approach to support social cohesion.

PROTECTION AND IRREGULAR MIGRATION

We identify the risks posed by the circumstances under which refugees live and set in motion the protection mechanisms of the relevant institutions and organizations accordingly.

EDUCATION

We provide information with a view to ensuring that refugee children have access to right to education, and support them in overcoming the obstacles to schooling.

AWARENESS RAISING

We carry out awareness raising activities for the purposes of breaking down the prejudices about refugees that may come into existence in public, and highlighting the humanitarian dimensions of the migration issue.

CAPACITY BUILDING

We have been carrying out capacity building activities for institutions and organizations operating in the field of migration.

SUPPORTING LIVELIHOODS

We work to meet the needs of refugees, such as food and shelter, and provide support by delivering emergency aid kits.

ASAM ACADEMY ON MIGRATION

As ASAM Academy on Migration, we aim to contribute to the generation of scientific knowledge with regard to migration, and the unification of practical and theoretical information by utilizing the knowledge and experience acquired by ASAM in the field over the years.

MIGRANT TV

Migrant TV, established to enable refugees living in Turkey to follow the developments in the country and the world agenda, and to access life-facilitating information, continues with its new programs.
