The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) organized a webinar on the “Türkiye and Syria Earthquakes”. Discussions were held regarding the types of assistance that humanitarian aid organizations can continue providing for the long-lasting impact of the earthquake.
Türkiye’s largest non-governmental organization, ASAM, has been restructured. Amending its name to Association for Social Development and Aid Mobilization, ASAM adopts a more inclusive and holistic approach and stands “in solidarity with all those in need of a helping hand!”

The Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants (ASAM) intensifies its humanitarian aid activities in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş and Adıyaman with the efforts of more than 700 staff members who reached the affected region from across Türkiye immediately after the earthquake that occurred on February 6.
Right after the earthquake that occurred on February 6, Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants (ASAM), together with over 300 personnel reaching the region from across Türkiye, took part in the search & rescue and humanitarian assistance works in Hatay and surrounding regions.
