The project, implemented in Adana, Gaziantep and Konya, aims to provide sustainable employment by facilitating beneficiaries’ access to livelihoods.

Among the Project’s main activities is facilitating the formal employment of a thousand beneficiaries in the first year of implementation.

The Project components include the establishment of job and career counselling offices, understanding the occupational profile and skills of the refugees and the job market dynamics, provision of counselling to employees, holding of informative sessions with employees, organization of informative meetings with the management of the Organized Industrial Zones and potential employers, and provision of incentives to the employers for the recruitment of Project beneficiaries.
